These documents include a flowchart of the process (including costs) as well as the SER documents which schools will complete with a set of guidance notes to help them to do that.

Flagship – Sample Report
Please find attached sample report for Flagship reviews. The review should start with a summary (please note the penultimate paragraph confirming that the school should continue to hold the relevant award) and finish with a standard paragraph (see below). The next review will look closely at how the school has interacted with its Inclusion Cluster and promoted continuing outreach. Evidence of Cluster working will underpin the capacity for the school to maintain its Flagship status. Then in the body of the report are sections on Commentary on Previous Targets as well as Commentary on Future Targets.

In the sample the assessor has also added on a final section about suggested actions.
